Alzheimer's Adult Day Care assists Alzheimer's victims and their families by providing specialized adult day care activities, along with an opportunity to participate in peer-based support groups. Alzheimer's ADC is the provision of care for dependent adults in a supervised, protective, congregate setting during some portion of a twenty-four hour day.
Services
offered in conjunction with Adult Day Care typically include social and
recreational activities, training, counseling, meals for adult day care, and
services such as rehabilitation, and medication assistance.
Mobile Day Care Services are provided in these counties
Mobile day care services are provided by staff who travels from a central location on a daily basis, to various sites, primarily in rural areas.
