
The Southern Crescent ADRC is designed to assist consumers, caregivers, and providers in obtaining information and assistance for elderly or disabled adults in the ten county Southern Crescent Region.
The ADRC program provides information and assistance to individuals needing public or private resources, coordination with professionals seeking assistance on behalf of their clients, and assistance to individuals planning for their future long-term care needs.
Although information and referrals provided by the Southern Crescent ADRC Specialists are directed to those age 60 or older, and individuals who are disabled, anyone can call for information and anyone can make a referral to the ADRC.
