SFY 2008 Area Agency on Aging Request
For Proposal (RFP)
Southern Crescent Area Agency on Aging
(SCAAA) is procuring programs and services in accordance with the Department of
Human Resources (DHR) Division of Aging Services (DAS) Procedural Issuance
2007-05 dated October 12, 2006.
SCAAA is required at the beginning of each
four-year Area Plan cycle, which will begin July 01, 2007, all programs and
services will be procured in an open and fair procurement process meeting all
federal and state procurement requirements as appropriate to assure provision of
quality of aging services.
Your
agency/organization may bid on service provision to all ten (10) counties in the
Southern Crescent region which include Butts, Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Lamar,
Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup and Upson counties, or your
agency/organization may bid on service provision to any individual or group of
counties in the above mentioned Planning and Service Area.
