Senior
Centers serve as focal points throughout the Southern Crescent Region.
Activities include site prepared congregate meals, home delivered meal preparation and
delivery, shopping assistance, nutrition education, nutrition
counseling, nutrition screening, outreach, health initiative programs, health
screening (blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.), arts, crafts and other
recreational activities including trips, exercise class, computer class,
billiards, Senior Olympics, picnics, yoga, dance class, etc.
